You know I can remember back when the iron ore market was booming something as simple as rock chip samples from junior explorers was enough to send the share price skyrocketing. Now here we have an emerging miner with a significant resource sign a JV worth 53million and not a blink. Cue the emoticon with the mouth wide 0pen. Guess it's gunna take port access to get this one moving.
