    Its above current market price so if it is such a bad deal why is the price down here?
    It looks clear that management want to sell the company so I am hoping a higher offer comes in that reflects the value you are talking about. I am confident that a higher offer will come in and I have been averaging down.
    This is the second biggest loss stock I hold (ave 50c), and am hoping to get close to my money back.
