This announcement doesn't put ANY urgency on more funds needed. No mention of an early close having met their target earlier than the new extension. This extension is in favour of shareholders mitigating risk.
If it turns out they didn't get their required funds in by the newly advised data, then this announcement was extremely poorly crafted IMO
