Here is the part from the report that you refer to.
the completion of the FEED Study for the Commercial Demonstration Plant (CDP) by the end of this year, we are looking to secure hydrogen offtake and funding agreements that would allow us to commit to this plant by early to mid-2019. This would be a significant milestone for our Company.
This does not mean that feed will be released on market. It says the FEED study will be completed, no one said it was going to be released mate.
Unless you have something the company wants, I.e. an offtake agreement or funding agreement..
