I think is very positive, and  suggest GW has funding in hand.

I think they will release this report to make sure options get taken out.

If they want to burn the traders, they will release it after the 21st, so the people who brought opps can only  profit by 

converting first. Pitty the risk takers like me, who brought a few too many opps. 

End of year means 31 Dec, but seriously, do you expect anyway to work between xmas and newyear.

And I wil probably convert before I go on hols. As I think most people will, so I am picking

a  FEED statement before Xmas. ( I assume they may have a preliminary report, but then he could have said  before xmas rather than before

end of  year, So Geoff are you going to make my holidays?)
