I can not see where this issue of options was underwritten in the prospectus. as per ASX ANN. 21/3/2016. I would also suggest thatunderwriting a share option issue would be unlikely, if at all considered, seeing it is only an 'Option' .
Contract terms for the HZRO's is as per the prospectus
