Appreciate your thoughts twinpeaks, but pretty sure no shareholder approval is required to underwrite options that aren't exercised. And equally sure any underwriting does not impact the 7.1 / 7.1A additional capacity clauses.
Refer Exception 12 to 7.1/7.1A
So to my mind the addidtional placement capacity (7.1A) is pretty stock standard these days and, if there is a back story to that request, it is not around any option underwriting.
