the more and more I think about it, I just can’t shake the feeling that management don’t want us everyday punters to convert the oppies (no news means the big boys can hold down the price around conversion price). The long time holders of options are going to get burnt.
Then the left over option will get underwritten or offered to instros. At probably less than the conversion price.
