It's pretty simple really.
If management want the Options to be converted, they will release the deal with MIN, and associated royalties and projected revenues for Hazer, just like most companies would provide some guidance on revenue just prior to the commencement of a project.
If management don't want the options to come in, then they'll stay quiet on this front, and HZROs won't get exercised.
We will know what managements preference is by years end, based on whether they release this information or not.
