My read is that everything is going well....
But they don't want this to be a market plaything getting pushed around up and down all day long by the purities of a graphite test run or the like.
That puts off the kind of investors they think the stock merits....
Long term holders who share the vision... and have deep pockets are the target here.
Once the Options have expired things should settle down a bit....
