Yes Stormer - Directors fees of $30,000 pa PLUS expenses. And I wonder how many shares KR and the other top dogs will subscribe for ? It might give us a bit of confidence if they stated there intentions NOW. Personally I doubt whether the $6M target will be reached and I don't think the issue is underwritten so ??? Anyway I'm sitting on the fence on this one
