Not that I have any knowledge, but wondering if ICG approached RCF for more $$$, they declined and said timing poor, let's wait til we hear from S32, and strongly advised against rattling the tin to other holders, but ICG still wanted to raise, RCF got annoyed and hence is offloading?
Or there is just another opportunity too good for RCF to miss...?
