I think there's more to it than their letting on, why hold for so long only to sell ( at a loss ) just when
things are starting to hot up... either they know something or are up to something,
I don't by the 'just rebalancing '' line...there here to make money just like the rest of us,asked yourself
would ICG be one of the stocks you would be selling now, just to rebalance your portfolio..
Just saying..!!
