FP - seem to recall this is not the first time RCF have dumped ICG shares, so I'm not sure it's anything to do with disagreements. These type of funds rebalance pretty regularly and given lack of positive movement in ICG's SP for a year now, I'm not surprised.
What I would like to know is how much they are lightening their holdings. If it's up to 30%, that's ok. If it's more or a complete sell down, that's a worry.
