They can not announce its been oversubscribed till Monday 4th .. Everyone has the opportunity to get 30% discount until the end of phase 1 of the raising. ( Still a few days left) . Yes, they could have raised what they intended, however they are working hard to make sure all shareholders are informed. Some would be complaining if they didnt try and to me it shows they dont want to leave anything to chance ! This is exactly what we are paying them to do .
