I would have liked to have seen an urgent Board meeting by NMDC and potentially a signing date ( hopefully that has been planned with the relevant parties).
I paid part of my ELF and oversubscribed as I want to get rid of most of the loan, it made sense in my situation to reduce the interest payment. If they got the SP to over 3c I would pay it off entirely but I have done my bit so it's up to the coy to do their's.
It would have been nice if they stated they were on track for financial closure end of March!
Now we wait on NMDC to announce board meeting generally 7 days after announcement - so rough guess could be 7th March BM and
25th Signing. Still possible.
