Ann: Shareholder Update - India Project, page-30

I am wondering the purpose of the announcement when for years investors/traders at least on HC knew about NLCIL and NMDC and what, who they are.

For new investors to know....may be it could help them to invest in NLCIL and NMDC.
Bottom line....no signature and no information to gauge the company's potential.

The gist of the announcement is management going to India only to finalise the RCA.
It does not explicitly state signing RCA.

So, the best assumption one could do is it is only to finalise the RCA, which is confirmed from today's ann
in the below lines

"...We look forward to finalising the agreement shortly and ‘freezing’ its content ahead of signing.”

Until RCA is signed and details released, it is only progressing and market has given due respect.

Sometimes keeping it simple could do wonders instead of repeating/rephrasing the same details over years without cutting the final deal.

Having said that, would cutting the deal make any difference until the tech's are commercialised and industrialised is to be seen.

Testing times for sure.
