What is clear then is that Archie Fraser and Peter Delaney are not able to work with the current management. One or the other, that's the choice at the moment for shareholders.

They are in negotiations to try and come to a solution, however if shareholders have banded together, things are pretty far advanced and I doubt any partial solution will work out in the longer term. IMO a long standing technology officer who is familiar with the development and intimately knows how it works is surely a very valuable asset.

We still don't know what triggered all this. Shareholders need to be properly informed before any meeting.
