Well there we have it from the Save Optiscan website, a stark choice. Current BOD with no management consultants, or smaller BOD with the management. Non disclosure agreements regarding the reasons for Archie's resignation, but looks like the resigning management are busting to get it out since the think the current BOD is at fault. The BOD have been anxious to keep it all quiet and hope it goes away.

I think most people will probably vote for the change, since there seems little choice. They get to keep Ian Mann who Archie seems to be OK with and Ron Grey would be a new director as well. That would reduce the number of directors to 3. Perhaps a concession to the other significant shareholder block would be to appoint G Mutton as an independendent director taking the total to four.

That would seem like a reasonable mix, in the event that no more information is forth coming.
