Ann: Shareholder requisitions and forthcoming management changes, page-26

I'm probably more confused than all of you put together (but am appreciating all your knowledge shared on this site). It certainly is frustrating when we were all so optimistic about Optiscan technology (excuse the pun), with commercialization seemingly within reach, to have people running the company whose professionalism does not appear to exceed their emotions or egos.

I want Optiscan to give us a lot more information about each of the candidates so we can make wise, informed decisions, and have contacted the company to ask for more information but have had no reply.

Very concerned about that little sentence that reads:

"Additionally, three contractors have indicated that they are withdrawing their services with two of those indicating a dependence on the outcomes of the General Meeting"

It looks like the treasure ship has sprung a few leaks!
