Well it seems the BOD don't want transparency over Archie's departure, but the senior management do. Presumably they've been given Archie's side of the story, but probably not the BOD's. Maybe a confidentiality agreement was part of the employment contract, who knows.
In other circumstances some sort of arbitration might be appropriate, but it really looks to me as though we are going to have a meeting, and without any information shareholders are going to have to take sides.
As someone put it, "pin the tail on the donkey".
Its hard to know what sort of impact personnel changes could have on the company, but yes, its probably currently hurting morale.
