From the announcement I conclude that 5 staff are quitting because of this Board - I estimate that is about 30% of all staff. I couldn't give a stuff if they are contractors or permanent, I bet they are all important to the recent success with Zeiss and are required to get the product released in a timely way.

Then on to Mr. Delaney - CTO. Maybe the power brokers think he is replaceable - perhaps through their WA mates. Tell them they are dreaming, who else anywhere could have his knowledge of Optiscan & product applications?

Replace the dysfunctional board or lose key staff - seems pretty simple, doesn't it?
