Hi @eshmum,

i was on board EXU and found your insights very helpful. Congrats on reading how that played out - you got to make a good return twice in a relatively short time frame.

I admit I’m new to this. I’m just trying to learn and help others. Like I have stated, I believe that Nero wants control of the board to give HP an ultimatum to get them to accept a new RRL offer. That was how I interpreted what Russel Delroy said. As I suggested, send him an sms and see if he responds like he did to me. 

I raised the director fees with Russell. He stated that with

their shareholding (41million shares), they want to see to share price increase rather than pay the new directors 

a couple of hundred thousand. 

In any case, as you and others have pointed out, the current share price seems undervalued which is why I’ve bought in and continue to do so (I actually bought more this morning at 7.3cents). 

I have confidence in the current management developing the mine and providing a good return to the current shareholders in the process but if a good offer presents itself, I also have confidence the board will do the right thing and recommend shareholders accept. In either case, I strongly believe the share price will be north of where we are. It’s a win win to me. 

Russell was concerned about the dilution of a large capital raising eroding current shareholder value to the advantage of the new subscribers. I am not as concerned as him having done my sums on what I think may happen.
