NERO have nothing to say to hear and no influence over Hawke Point or the other major shareholders. RRL stated they will not proceed with a TO unless supported by HP which will never happen without a SIGNIFICANT premium. HP are playing a much larger game here and trying to look after several of their interests rather than being focused on a simple 9.7c avg price to 12-15c avg price.
The last offer should have been at 15c and it wasn't. We always had the funding in the bag people just didn't believe it. Any new offer if that is what they want should be at 20c but it won't be.
Hence whether we like it or not NERO can sod off and stop wasting everyones time. DRILL Tramore which based on my research is going ahead as planned late Feb ish then see what people want to pay once this is further de-risked
