I am in agreement with a recent Jrdbull post and as I posted several months ago its not so much the numbers, its the PROFIT attached to those numbers, I will sleep a lot easier when I can see the bank balance growing as the projects are completed. I bet my back teeth that there are discrepancies between costs predictions and actual real costs and if there is it will take a few projects to iron them out
