They are 'gifting' themselves 10% of the company in shares, with no financial risk to themselves at all. It is huge further dilution.
All for doing what they are paid big bucks to do.
I don't mind incentive shares, and even would accept (just) the second two lots based on production milestones once there plan is in place. And working.
But the first 200 000 000 shares (based on 5% of 4 billion shares on issue) are being given for successfully scrounging even more money from share holders that is needed because of management's mismanagement.
Do a bad job. Destroy shareholder value. Get more money from already gutted share holders. Get REWARDED. How does that work??
And no, I am not happy. My email to the company will certainly express this.
