    It seems to be the modus operandi of Martin Place Securities.

    A similar offer was made for Biotron (BIT).

    Some big questions on the offer:-

    It makes no mention of whether the directors intend to take up their entitlements.

    The offer is only to AU & NZ shareholders - what is the status of the large Chinese shareholder

    *if* they are successful in getting a lot of the options exercised this year, what will they do with the additional funds raised?
