tracing the timeline - new board comes in, gives stocks digital 5m shares (to write up company on nexttech stock and finfeed), gives themselves 40m options (which are good for 10 years and aren't lost if they get terminated), heads off to sign ""sales accelerators"" sth America/Europe - rather than concentrating on the core Nth America markets, doesn't give updates on their previous announcements eg july below (T-Mobile status? , jc pennys?, toysrus?). Raises more money (582k ) to finance orders (even with 6000 units of inventory on hand)
Oh, and that's after having to urgently raise 180k in early sep just after old board had all resigned, otherwise according to Quarterly they would have been down to 36k cash on hand at end of sep) vs 216k. Busy busy, wonder how cash in (accts receivable collection) versus cash out went in Oct........IMO DYOR
