12,500$ worth of shares or 12,500 number of shares ? I had to ask cause you had "12,500.00"

Based on the SPP described in Prospectus, it does not specify the amount requirements of the current holder's parcel. It just specifies that if you are a holder prior to the SPP Record Date, you are eligible to apply for any option of your choice.

With that being said, i am highly confident that the scale back of this SPP will be scaled back and ratio-ed based on the holder's parcel prior to SPP Record Date. It wouldn't be logical if a person that holds 50,000 gets awarded the same amount as the person that holds 500,000. This is what I think and we should find out in a week or two.
