The allocation of Shares under the Public Offer will be determined by the Board in consultation with the Incoming Directors and their respective advisers. There is no guaranteed allocation of Shares under the Public Offer.
The Board reserves the right to reject any Application or to allocate any Applicant fewer Shares than the number applied for. Where the number of Shares issued is less than the number applied for, or where no issue is made, surplus Application monies will be refunded (without interest) to the Applicant as soon as practicable after the Closing Date.
The Company’s decision on the number of Shares to be allocated to an Applicant will be final.
From the prospectus.... Read this and thought why tie up my money... There is not going to be many or any available for the public... The spp applicants may be a little bit more lucky but not too much I think... I put in for the full amount of them but not counting my chickens just yet...
I personally believe they are just going through the motions of putting it out there but little benefit will come to the applicants...li do think they will be fully over subscribed and there is little to no chance of getting much from the capital raising...
I have purchased a holding of pokos to convert if this is the case.... I think this will open nearly double where it closed...
Now just need to find the funds to convert...
This is a tough one to work out ...but seems to be the goods... The backing and the board speak for themselves... Heavy weights in the tech world... Now it's a waiting game..
Good luck everyone..
