I was told yesterday afternoon by security transfer registrars that the application forms were NOT going to be mailed and in order to apply for the spp I should:
Go to Pok website - investor section
Download prospectus
Scroll to bottom of prospectus and find the spp application form to fill in.
Fill the form in and email to security transfer registrars (email is on page)
You will be sent a unique BPay code via email on receipt
BPay the required amount.
your BPay reference number will process the payment to ur entitlement electronically and you will have been deemed to have applied for the spp.
