I would think that no where near the 3000 eligible investors...

I would think that no where near the 3000 eligible investors will participate in the SPP, and then not everyone participating will have the means to apply for full $15,000 allocation (I can only afford $2500).

If the SPP is over subscribed and needs to be scaled back does this happen according to the allocated tiers eg $15,000 subscription scaled back to $10,000 subscription.

Also if the SPP is oversubscribed can they reduce the allocation to satisfy the Sophisticated Investors application (meaning we get the raw end of the deal)
