There are no contracts due as such in July. This is just the end of the FCT program. Hopefully that will lead to a recommendation/obligation to armor manufacturers to use Xtclave.
I think it is quite possible a JV or licensing contract might be announced before july.

I think Xtek could very well sign a joint venture with an american manufacturer to tender for this contract.
News can come any time in my mind.
