Eddyarto "negotiating to extend" ... he obviously has not paid for the shares .... and deal was struck 3/4 months ago ... so clearly in breech of the original purchase agreement .... Poole or other large share holders .... Stevenson, Steinepries etc..... could vote him off .... he has not paid for the shares ... therefore doesnt own them.
