No kelfy9, 20cents is the minimum ,so at $1.00 the bare minimum split would be 5 for 1.They may wait til it hits $2.00 and do 10 for 1.Don't really get it why they won't to lower the price/increase number of shares when most companies would like to do the exact opposite.
