I believe he is saying a placement of under $1m is not a lot as opposed to him personally willing to invest this amount in a spec.
This placement is lower than the one last year in terms of $ raised and SP.
Last one had the support of the major holders. Who have since sold out despite some on here trying to rejig the narrative.
