The SPP price represents "a 5% discount to the close pricing of Crowd Mobile shares on November 7th" (yesterday) and a premium of 22.5% to the last traded price of 3.1c at 11.16am this morning...
And after selling 5.5M shares at 18c for a total consideration of $1M last October Dom is happy to take up his full entitlement in this SPP and buy back $15K of shares at 3.8c.
