I won't be subscribing, but I did buy some on market for below the subscription price.
The only people who would subscribe rather than buy cheaper on market would be instos who can't get a large amount on market without driving up the price, but they would be limited to $15k anyway?
Not underwritten is a bit of a disappointment, since I expect it to have a massive shortfall. So they'll raise $100k out of $700k, and pay out $50k in fees, gaining practically nothing? (guesses/speculation) All the while the SP falls to $0.034.
They shouldn't need to be raising money after previously saying they are something like 3 months from debt free. (Though plans have changed and they plan to invest in Media rather than debt repayment.) $700k debt should be easy to come by.
