I think AC88 there a few people jumping at shadows after someone sold down into the 2.2’s most likely a T2 trader who got caught out. This will be higher than 2.4 IMO probably closer to 3 by close date of the offer as the reality is if you don’t hold you don’t have access to shares at 2.4 in the SPP.
FA’s will eventually take hold
Before the SPP announcement
a company mining 3000 Tpm with a 50% share in the mine (2.8 cents)
After the announcement
A company mining 3000 Tpm with a 90% share in the mine (2.2 cents)
So share price down 21%
Dilution of 7%
No need to say any more just let time and supply and demand work things out.
