It would be disappointing, but why take up the shares if you can buy on market for less than 2.4 cents. I personally am hoping to pick up a few more below 2.4 on market, and would love to pick up some of the SPP at the 2.4 cent mark but i'm not going to do that if they are cheaper on market as no astute investor would do that.

I feel like they jumped the gun slightly with the SPP, should have waited for some consolidation of the share price. It had only traded at and above 2.4 for about a week.
