i agree with your question but I havent bothered to check the insto details, i was lazy.
I thought there might have been mitigating reasos why we have been offered a wet rag as it seems to me.
if the shares were restricted then that to me gives some indication of support of their commitment.
i think, at the moment, that you might be able to buy them even cheaper than today .
