I think there is a very fine line between brand promotion and brand support as both entail a level of bias towards goal achievement. In the case of Mr. Grigor, free options or not, it must be remembered that ethics and integrity form the building blocks of a respected reputation in any organisation. Consequently, I daresay Mr. Grigor has judged the MRF story with tangible credence towards his reputation. I would agree also that I would like to see a solid investment motivate the public relations behind his link to MRF more than a general "its a great story coz I am paid to say that" theory. However, a namesake is not to be taken lightly either and as such I feel the importance of his liaison at this stage merits further research.
