    Hi Nasa,

By skin in the game, I am referring to Grigor buying MRF shares, either via placement or on-market. You can respect where I'm coming from, that receiving free options is not the same as buying shares on-market with your own money. Neither is consulting to the company; that's just deriving an income for services provided.

Take yourself, for example. No matter what anyone says about your exhuberance, everyone can see that you are committed to MRF, believe in the project and have been transparent about buying all the way down. You'll either be proven right or wrong but nobody can deny you're in the game, come what may.

I'm just curious why Grigor wouldn't take this opportunity to buy MRF shares at 5.5c if he is such a big believer in graphene and the company's prospects.

Other than that, I've got nothing bad to say about MRF. The science looks compelling, and the future demand profile for their commodity looks strong. They could really be on to something if they can secure significant offtake agreements and show the market there's enough high quality graphite/graphene to keep the revenues flowing for years to come.
