I think because it is already in a hyper oversold state this will herald another rise...

This is clearly for Production and Assets; all good as far as I'm concerned.

Smart Management here in my opinion. Capital is essential for success.

This gives us another chance to compound

When you go back over the last few raisings the market goes up afterwards because most holders know this is way oversold ....
