Until FWL sign a JV funding agreement, i don't really see too many shareholders investing their cash into this Share Purchase Plan. They say that discussions are ongoing, but they seem to be forever ongoing without anything actually being signed. Until they get an agreement in place, i think the company would be better off doing the private placements.
