One would have to think there is a reason to be buying back shares for between 95c & $1.01 & now announce a share purchase plan @ 87c.
Mathematically it does not make sense.
The buyback is for approx. 11.7 million shares over 12 months & was announced on November 6 but on December 1 they announce a share purchase plan for approx. 35 million shares.
The directors should come clean & advise exactly what is going on & why the change of heart from buying their shares one minute then selling for a lower price the next.
One would have to think there is a reason to be buying back...
