A number of people have clearly been watching this stock in anticipation of entry into this stock after capital raise.
The SPP is a 20% discount to whatever the 5 day VWAP is for the period of 14 June to 18 June. It's important to see how MTH couldn't agree on a fixed price for the SPP, which isn't very encouraging
The 0.3c distribution won't spark any interest as no new investor is eligible for this 20% distribution (0.3c/1.5c), if anything it will probably cause a sell-off as people take advantage of being eligible and being able to participate in this SPP. (Record date for distribution is past and this distribution will only be received in around 6 months after lodgement of annual tax return of the company)
I will look for entry in the future when the SPP is over. (**Note that if this SPP goes at 1.2c, there is dilution of 40.7% to shareholders!** - this assumes the share price holds at current levels of 1.5c)
**600k/1.2c = 50m shares & 50M/123M = 40.7%
