This is probably the biggest bag of bullshit SPP i have ever seen

If a group wanted to, the could hold the share price at ransom, forcing people to sell and move on pushing this all the way down 0.005 if they wanted too, depending on how much ammo they had, then the raise would be done at 0.004 if it meets the conditions.

I cant remember seeing an SPP done like this before, the price is usually agreed upon based on the last closing price of the stock before trading halt.

I see absolutely no reason why pattersons would want the share price higher, they will want it as low as possible, so they can get as many shares as possible, so they have a bigger controlling stake in the company.

Management should be walked for this rubbish.
