"offering this placement at a premium to NTA seems wrong to me. " WHY ? its new money paying more than its worth.. im confused why its bad.
the placement is to sophs or instos.we are offered the same terms, good thing me thinks.
"but I'd still rather not pay a premium to participate." then dont, maybe wait until it trades below NTA and buy it, the premium is for performance, yeah ?
ide rather have my money on this rather than with a pirate.
CDM has history of good dividends.
