As a top 100 shareholder you can pretty much buy as many as you want as the company will normally contact you personally to see if you would like to spent more than the standard $15k.
In saying that though no directors have sold any shares at all in the past few years except for Mr Davidson just after he sold EMC to CCE for $13m. Then he only sold $300k worth which is a very small percentage for him.
